a) Data Controller and Representative

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Inovasyon Mühendislik Teknoloji Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), acting as the Data Controller, within the scope described below.

As the Data Controller, the Company may collect, record, store, update, classify, and process the personal data you provide in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and limitations. Where permitted by applicable legislation, your personal data may also be disclosed or transferred to third parties for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. Detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data and your rights under the KVKK is provided below.

b) The Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals and organizations with whom we maintain business relationships;

  • Carrying out the necessary activities by our business units to provide you with our products and services;

  • Personalizing and recommending our products and services based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs;

  • Establishing and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies; and

  • Managing and implementing our Company's human resources policies.

Your personal data will be processed only to the extent permitted by applicable law and solely for the purposes described above.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public authorities, and private entities for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and the individuals and organizations with whom we conduct business;

  • Carrying out the activities necessary to provide you with our products and services;

  • Personalizing and recommending our products and services based on your preferences, usage habits, and needs;

  • Establishing and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies; and

  • Managing and implementing our Company's human resources policies.

Your personal data will be transferred only where permitted by applicable law and solely for the purposes described above.

c) Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and based on different legal grounds for the purpose of conducting our business activities.

Personal data collected on these legal grounds may be processed and transferred, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), for the purposes specified in Sections (b) and (c) of this Privacy Notice.

d) Cookie

Our website, including its mobile applications and digital platforms, uses various types of cookies, including session cookies, persistent cookies, essential cookies, functional cookies, analytics cookies, marketing cookies, and third-party cookies.

Cookies are small data files stored on your computer or mobile device to ensure the proper functioning of our website, improve its performance, personalize your browsing experience, and enable certain features such as maintaining your session without requiring repeated login. e) Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods described in this Privacy Notice. Depending on the nature of your request, the Company will respond as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, free of charge. However, if a fee is prescribed by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, the applicable fee will be charged in accordance with the relevant tariff.

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed;

  • Request information regarding the processing of your personal data;

  • Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose;

  • Learn the identities of third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad;

  • Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request that such corrections be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;

  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with applicable law, and request that such action be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;

  • Object to any outcome that is unfavorable to you resulting solely from the automated processing of your personal data; and

  • Request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the KVKK, requests regarding the exercise of these rights must be submitted to our Company in writing or by any other method that may be designated by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. As no alternative application method has currently been designated by the Board, requests must be submitted in writing in accordance with the KVKK.

To exercise your rights, please send a written request including information sufficient to verify your identity and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise under Article 11 of the KVKK.
